SUPPORT GROUP

Sharing a Problem is the First Step to Recovery

Don’t Let Mental-Health Challenges Isolate You

People who struggle with depression or anxiety often find it comforting to talk about their conditions with one another. We may also learn from others’ experience with these mental health conditions, which may be similar to our own.

SOCHClinics has started depression and anxiety support (DAS) groups at SOCH CLINICS ISLAMABAD BRANCH in G-8 Markaz.

Every week, we gather to share our experiences with depression and anxiety and to support one another.

These sessions are moderated by a registered medical practitioner or a licensed mental health professional.
